Origin of fruit: Grown at Passage Rock vineyard Waiheke Island in the most sheltered part of our vineyard
Winemaking: fermented in stainless steel vats and oak barriques Typical flavours: Apricot and passionfruit with undertones of toasty oak.
Nature of the wine: Unique, elegant and soft white. Rich, round and complex wine. Some breathing opens it up nicely
Food Match: anything light to reasonable rich food or on its own
Alcohol content: 14.0%
Cellaring Potential: At least 3 years years from release
