Origin of fruit: Grown at Passage Rock

Winemaking: 12 month oak maturation

Typical flavours: Violets, berry fruits, cassis, liquorice, vanilla, oak

Nature of the wine: Merlot dominated, medium-bodied Bordeaux blend, smooth and ready to drink

Food Match: Best with chicken tortilla, cheese or meat platter

Alcohol content: 14%
