Origin of fruit: Waipaoa Valley in Gisborne

Winemaking: Grown on Matawhero clay loam soils. Fermented in steel tanks to preserve the distinct perfumy, floral fragrances and fruity aroma.

Typical flavours: Guava and lychee aromas with a hint of peach. An intense fruitbomb on the palate.


Food Match: Great with asian food or even desserts.

Alcohol content: 12%

Cellaring Potential: 3 years
