Origin of fruit: Grown at Passage Rock Vineyard, Waiheke Island

Winemaking: Grapes were hand harvested early morning and pressed immediately cool fermented to retain the most varietal character. 

Typical flavours: Pear, apple and lychee aromas with a hint of butterscotch.

Food Match: Smoked Salmon seafood, Cheese

Alcohol content: 14%
